I am Shayla M. Rose, a mother and Latina from Brooklyn, NY. My background is of Puerto Rican and Honduran descent. As part of my self-care practice, I enjoy nature, writing and literature. My Sun is in Pisces, my Moon is in Taurus, and my Rising sign is Sagittarius. Fun fact, I share a birthday with Bad Bunny.
Since my teens, I’ve been interested in astrology and dreams, which later introduced me to the art of Tarot and diving deeper with Astrology. Since 2018, I’ve been on a personal and professional journey with these modalities as a means of healing and self-discovery. This inspiration led me to offer community readings in public spaces throughout the East Village, Union Square, and Chinatown, merging metaphysical practices and wellness in a way that is accessible to local communities. I’ve also expanded this passion through collaboration, corporate, and Astrology Dinner events.

During our Tarot consultation, I offer insight through channeled messages related to the questions you bring—or those that naturally unfold—using a deck of 78 tarot cards. Think of each card as a work of art in a gallery, revealing what your subconscious wants to share with you. I also work with Tarot as a healing tool to encourage rejuvenation within the deeper patterns of one’s life.

ASTROLOGY
Astrology consultation is a dedicated time and space where we come together to explore how the planets were aligned whenever you were born. Astrology is a healing art that may have the potential to guide people to be their greatest self. I work with Astrology through a soulful practical- spiritual lens. With a foundational understanding of the intersectionality that encompasses a person’s unique lived experiences, race, sexuality, social economic and the whole person. The art may help to see the many doors, and windows open for us as human beings. The cosmos are always listening.
